About Lorena

Lorena has overcome many obstacles in her life, and has been able to reach a level of success that allows her to be heard once and for all. Domestic violence is unacceptable! Lorena was a victim of domestic violence herself- everyone has read the headlines and remembers the stand that Lorena took against domestic violence years ago.

Since the event Lorena has taken numerous steps to build a strong career, enabling the launch of Lorena’s Red Wagon in 2007. Throughout the years, Lorena has obtained numerous cosmetology licenses, taken various college level courses and is currently licensed as a hair stylist.

Lorena is also a licensed real estate agent with Jobin Realty in Great Falls, Virginia.  She has been actively practicing real estate for the past three years, donating 10% of her transactions to help support local charities.

Even with all of the various media exposure, Lorena has been able to maintain a positive attitude and achieve true success. Lorena’s Red Wagon is a Non-Profit and all proceeds go to domestic violence charities and awareness events.

Lorena’s Red Wagon has facilitated numerous charitable events from donating toys, sponsoring a food drives, to speaking with neglected and abused women and children. Lorena has even been involved in Breast Cancer awareness, showing her true devotion to helping the community no matter what the cause.

Lorena thoroughly enjoys working with these organizations, and looks forward to working in your community to prevent household violence, in conjunction with supporting the victims of domestic abuse. Lorena currently resides in Northern Virginia, and is the proud parent of a lovely three year old daughter.
